Back story – I’ve been with my current company for 11 years now. Work in an office environment and have worked myself up to probably max salary for my department without getting into a management role (£55k). Work for a large online gambling company.
Feel like I’m at a dead end with it and I’ve lost interest in the business massively so ready for a change.
