For a long time, reimbursements were good enough for things like tools, test budgets, and one-off ad spends. Now it’s seriously starting to slow people down and creating awkward back-and-forth.

Someone suggested we issue employee expense cards so people can just do what they need to do without waiting or fronting money. We’ve been looking at a couple of options (including Soldo, Wallester, and a few others), but I’m still not sure if switching away from reimbursements actually solves the bigger problem or just moves the admin around. I’d appreciate any input at this point.
