My mum has bought an item from a website I believe to be dodgy.
We were looking up red light therapy masks and a blog came up on google listing the best ones to buy. It looked like a legit beauty blog. It listed all these legitimate brand ones saying they're good but expensive, however at the top it listed one I hadn't heard of saying it uses all the correct technology but it's only a fraction of the cost (too good to be true)…
My mum bought the product as a surprise for me, it then said if you buy another within a minute you get one for alot cheaper and she did (typical scam)..
I've just looked up the site on trustpilot and it's 99% negative.

What steps can we take? Can we phone my mum's bank to cancel the payment?
I don't think there's any point contacting the website…
Thank you for any help, I'm a bit stressed. Over £300 was spent.
