What I'm proposing is that countries where vignettes are used to pay highway tolls (like Austria, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia or Switzerland) would agree to a common vignette price and the vignette would be valid for use in all countries of the EVG. The only profits lost would be those from the short-term vignettes used by visitors from other vignette countries as those would be rendered obsolete.
