In the US you hear a lot about how Sephora ect. destroy and throwaway all returns, is it the same here?
I was gifted a perfume for Christmas from Boots and didn’t realise it was the wrong version until opening it! We’ve emailed about it and obviously I’d like to get it exchanged (we checked the order and the correct one was ordered) but I hate the idea that it’ll just get thrown in the bin because the box was opened! I don’t know whether it’s better to just keep it even though it’s the wrong one :/
