A little embarrassing, but I’m 30F and feel like I’ve never really understood how to be on top. But I’ve been trying to learn and realized that a lot of the time, women grind while they’re on top and I always thought it was supposed to be up and down and it’s never really felt like anything. Does this also feel good for the guy to grind?
