When was the last time you had/saw teenagers outside a shop asking people going in to buy them cigarettes?

I used to do this with my mates around 18 years ago, and it was fairly common to see others my age doing the same. I remember my dad being asked a few times on our way into the shop. Now, as a grown man, I’ve never seen it or been asked.
