Tight body, especially the right side of my groin “pops” everytime I take it around a circle while laying down, and always feels tight like I’m gonna cramp. Have really bad/no rhythm.

Increase stamina to last longer. Is it really just running? I can run for about 1 minute before being winded and haven’t ran in a couple years to be honest.

Diet is not healthy, lots of fast foods and eating out.

Strength is up there I can lift heavy weights for my size but not sure it would translate to sex.

2026 is coming up and I really want to master my sexual performance. I know diet, exercise, cardio are key elements in that, but what specifically?

Also what stretches do yall do for orgasming early/strengthening pelvic floor muscles?
