Hey guys, over the last year or two I’ve been running on fumes; fatigue, low drive, and just feeling flat across the board. I know stress and having a young family can hit your hormones hard, but my testosterone came back around the 400 mark. Not low, but definitely not high either, and my doctor wasn’t exactly eager to discuss it. For anyone in a similar range, did you notice any real benefits from making changes or treatment?

Edit: Hey, great advice everyone I’ve got some good feedback, I’ll avoid looking into TRT. Some good advice such as sprints and making sleep a priority when I can are things I’ll incorporate
