I find that just as a personal circumstance since I always have my phone around me its really easy for me to just quickly respond to any texts I receive. The problem is that I understand this ends up coming off as desperate when it really isnt, its most just out of convenience and not wanting to be rude by not responding when I can.
I dont really enjoy deliberately leaving people on read when I do get texts but I also recognize that its an important factor in keeping them interested, especially women since coming off as clingy is very bad. How do you guys manage the balance of responding vs deliberately ignoring the people youre dating?
