M38 here. Started to see a girl a little over a month ago… And I'm finally realizing I need more stamina to last longer in bed. Been sedentary pretty much my whole life. My problem is that, mid sex, I get extremely tired and I can't continue.
Been doing cardio (jogging/walking in the treadmill 4 or 5 times a week) the past 3 weeks, and I know this is probably too soon to notice any changes (so far I haven't noticed any major improvements), but then my question is…
How long do you all think it takes to notice improvements in stamina? And also… For more stamina in bed: strength training, or do I focus more on cardio? If anyone even has specific forms of exercise in order to improve overall, I'd appreciate it.
