I 25m have been having a weird issue with a lot of possible causes, so when I’m having sex with my gf it’ll feel like I’m about to orgasm so I pull out and nothing happens or it leaks a bit on semen then I have to take 5 minutes to get myself back to orgasm again because we can’t continue as we use the pull out method and we aren’t trying to have kids, when I masturbate I either try to make it relatively quick or if I have time I enjoy edging but regardless of how I get there it feels weak and not as enjoyable, possible causes could be weight loss I went from 220 to 180 and I’ve been running and working out and eating in a calorie deficit, with doing all that I haven’t had as much time to masturbate or have sex (my dive is higher than hers) so if I’m not in the mood or I’m tired from working out it usually doesn’t happen, other reason is before this I lasted too long so I tried to cut down on the edging a good bit and just cum as fast as possible in some sessions, would anyone have a idea what could be going on here?
