Driving to work this morning, at 6am, pitch black, pissing down with rain so visibility is at a bare minimum and here's this knobber cycling on the edge of the dual carriageway while cars are going 70mph.
No reflective coat or anything. Just the tiny wee red reflector thing on the back of his bike.
I'll be amazed if he's made it to where he's needing to go.
