Nearly 2 years ago on April 17th 2024 my medical record was upsated to state that I had ADHD, I was never given a physical copy of the paper nor do I have access to a digital form of paper on the NHS app.
Looking back through my messages, I had an hour long phonecall appointment that day but in the call I was never told that it was an explicit test for anything and was more asking for support needs while I awaited for an autism referral. I'm thinking my first step is calling my gp tomorrow and asking for the papers of confirmation but what should I do next?
