I’m just wondering a man’s opinion on this.

Monday, I drove to work when normally I work from home. My drive is 3hrs round trip and I leave to come home at 4p.

My husband was on nightturn which means he leaves by 6p for work.

He knew he was making dinner for the week and I made a menu/had all the groceries. I told him it didn’t matter if he switched up what he made on what day as long as if something needs thawed, he does it.

Monday, I left at 4p and drove home. Got home around 5:15p, grabbed the kids, some laundry I had to get and drove to visit my mom in a nursing home to celebrate her birthday.

I got home, unloaded the kids, got the kids ready and into bed around 8. I looked in the normal spots he would have left my dinner and didn’t find any. I texted him at work (knowing he’d answer when/if he could) to see where I was missing my dinner.

He responded back with “I didn’t make you any”.

Am I wrong that he should have let me know there was no dinner so I could have gotten some? The kids are too young to leave home alone and we don’t really have DoorDash where we live.

Thoughts?
