Context
I was given a fine for dropping my cigarette butt on the floor two guys spawned out of nowhere and issued me a £100 fine (if paid in 8 days) didn’t know who they were so gave random details which they accepted. They were wearing body cams but i gave a different name and address do I have to pay this or will this come to bite me in the bum?
I do live in the same council that it was given to and sometimes go through the same station.
