I have got most of the supermarket loyalty cards and do rotate a bit as I like different items in each. I don't go into the Co-op very often, but it is good for fresh bakery items and I used to live closer to one. I know they stopped giving points towards cashback maybe 18 months ago, now I am wondering what is the point of the card anyway? There don't seem to be any card based reductions like in Sainsburys or Tesco. I don't always agree with supermarket pumping up the prices just to put them in an offer later like the toothpaste over £8 we saw last week, but there is normally something on offer and I just take that as the price; I don't look at it as a bargain. But it seems like Co-op almost never has anything reduces.

Also M&S Sparks, not sure what I am tapping for. Nectar is good, but they never seem to be good for anything but a bit of money off the next shop, I feel like I could be doing more with points. Do you have any clever ways of spending supermarket points?
