Has anyone tried the [wine sold in a glass?](https://www.winerambler.net/blog/pain-drink-review-le-froglet-wine-glass-marks-spencer.html) I don’t think I’ve ever seen it before.
Someone asked yesterday why the [Two Towers](https://share.google/images/iqB6VsJGt2XwU48pu) poster has a giant ass full moon in the background. I remembered that this was such a thing in the early 2000s. I mean look at [Van Helsing](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51MzOsgrNOL._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg), [Underworld, ](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61LZbdPWZ9L._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg)even [Starwars prequels](https://share.google/images/a8mG3ZrF8ZrHcy6IX) (that’s not a moon probably but it kind of is). My high school besties even wore [these by then super badass wolf howling at the moon t-shirts](https://share.google/images/kfLvG8UmKjnCHQwTZ) (I think not too few people even have this tattooed on their back). I wonder if this will ever become fashionable again. It’s been a while since I saw the silhouette of an anime character against a massive full moon.
Speaking of fashion, someone was asking about wearing red and green together, so I decided to take that throwaway comment way too seriously and make a [look book](https://www.deviantart.com/tereyaglikedi/art/Autumn-look-book-1264931895). It turns out the only thing I suck more at than painting figures is painting clothing, but I do like the color combination of red, green and yellow.
Rr/askmiddleeast is a fascinating place for political opinions when it isn’t gummed up with Gaza war content. There’s actually a substantial population of conservative religious Muslims on there, unlike most places on this site. Every post regarding religion and politics turns into an intense flame war; there’s seems to be quite a range of views for a subreddit. The rage seems especially prominent for Turkish and Syrian topics.
My favourite corporate advertisement bullshit filler jargon is when everybody is always reinventing things. They’re reinventing banking, reinventing logistics, reinventing journalism, reinventing shared office spaces, reinventing whatever. It doesn’t mean anything. Like, absolutely nothing.

I spent the weekend in Helsinki and the drive there was absolutely horrible. During winter the sun is always in the south here and very low, so the whole drive down there I had the sun in my eye. It had snowed the previous day, so the motorway was kinda slushy and wet, very dirty, and already had road salt. The car’s windshield didn’t stay clean for a single minute, genuinely. I must have gone through like ten litres of windshield wash fluid. Around half way I got so fed up I just exited the motorway and drove the rest of the way on the old road. Lower speed limit, but far less traffic. It was a lot more enjoyable. I am reinventing driving to Helsinki.
