Ive bought an item from a friend in the EU, its a high value (10k+) electronic item.
UPS informs me I need to submit a ‘MRN’ googling says i need to do that via the CDS.
To submit to the CDS you need to use third party software that requires you to take sales calls and demos, but im just an individual, buying from a friend, how on earth do you obtain an MRN as an individual for a single item?
