Looking to apply for a vacancy at a company but their salary is £1k per year less than what I'm on now.
The job is close in responsibity to my current post, but the company is in an industry I'm more interested in working with.
Salary is stated on the vacancy (surprisingly for these days).
Let's say I am offered interview, would I be biting off my nose to spite my face to strategically for a bump up?
