What is your 5-9 routine after 9-5?
I (F25) work from home, and especially now that it gets dark before work day ends I can’t even bear myself to go outside and find myself in an endless loop without anything to look forward to at the end of the day.
My usual routine is wake up, exercise at home, shower and get ready, have couple cups of coffee and start work. After work I tend to mindlessly scroll to ’rest’ after tiring day, have dinner and clean up, do some chores and then back to screen for a movie, or just shower and scroll some more, I try to read a bit before sleep, and we’re onto next day..
So I’m looking for inspiration and ideas on how to turn my days around to stop feeling like I’m wasting my life away, if you have any tips on how you find energy for doing anything after work that’d also be much appreciated!
