Today, like most days, I watched people walk past independent coffee shops serving high quality barista-made coffee for one dispensed from a Costa Express machine in Tesco.
I'm genuinely interested know what the appeal of that is.
This isn't a post to shit on the quality of the coffee from the Costa Express machines. I refuse to believe it is just to do with price because they are not cheap. What is the appeal?
