Me and my girlfriend have been moved in together for 3 months or so as well as being together for close to 2 years and we have had sex about 3 times in those 3 months that we’ve been moved in with each other
We truly have a really good relationship and are always very agreeable with each other and don’t really fight or anything, but I always feel as if when it comes down to doing any sexual things, it just feel awkward and I don’t know how to approach her about it.
My girlfriend is very beautiful and I truly believe should feel sexy but I feel as if she may have underlying issues with how she views herself which in turn doesn’t do any favours for our sex life, for example when we moved in I bought her a pair of lingerie leggings things and sort of hinted to her that I would really enjoy to be surprised with them sometime but that sometime has never came which has kind of disappointed me as well as giving me the belief that maybe she just wouldn’t feel confident in them.
Pretty much what I’m asking for is:
What would be the best way to approach this with my girlfriend
How should I feel about our sex life (especially as a 23m I feel as if we should be on fire)
What actions could I make to get our sex life back on track and get each other excited to have sex instead of just feeling awkward about it
