Update 3- The Louvre thieves have been caught and arrested!!
Basically they tried to escape through Charles De Gaulle Airport and travel to Algeria, which is definitely not a good idea.
It’s one of the major European airports. Probably taking boat or something is better idk.

People are at work super early this morning. I guess it’ll take a week or so till we’ve adjusted to it.
Students are talking about Halloween party plans. I don’t get invited to parties so much anymore 🥲 But I’ve been to plenty before. I guess there’s a time and place for everything.
Do you guys have Halloween plans?
I went back to try the 14€ vintage cream cotton suit on. Jacket fit perfect, trousers were slightly loose around the waist but I think I can ask my sister to alter them, plus you probably wanna wear cotton with a belt anyway. So now 14€ later it’s [home with me](https://i.imgur.com/13bNbO4.jpeg). It looks a bit more cream irl than in the photo. Let’s see if I’ll have the courage to wear the whole thing in the summer. It did look very good.
I’m not sure how old it is, but from what I gather the manufacturer closed down in 1983. So over 40 years at least. Doesn’t show any signs of wear, really. Honestly I can’t believe this was 14€, what a find. I’ve been on fire with 2nd hand shopping lately.
Why do English speakers say “on the left/right hand side”? Why can’t you just say “on the left/right”?
