Trying to get my first full-time Data Analyst job.
I’ve done multiple internships and built 20+ projects in SQL, Power BI, and Python.
But whenever a recruiter calls or I see an unknown number, I freeze and don’t pick up — even though I want the job. Later, I regret it. I think it’s low confidence or fear of rejection.
If anyone has faced this, how did you train yourself to handle calls confidently?
Any small daily habits or mindset tips that helped you stop overthinking and just talk normally?
