So here’s my struggle — I want friends. I really do. I like people, I enjoy talking… for like 10 minutes. Then my brain suddenly goes, “Okay… now what?” and I just blank out.

I can start a convo fine — like, I’ll message first, ask how someone’s day is, maybe even crack a random joke. But then when it comes to keeping it going, I freeze. I don’t know what to ask next, or how to compliment someone without sounding weird. Especially with girls — I overthink every word.

It’s not that I don’t care. I just… run out of social battery fast, and my brain doesn’t give me “next line” dialogue options 😭.
Then I end up ghosting people accidentally (actually they do mostly), even though I genuinely like them.

Does anyone else deal with this?
How do you keep conversations alive when your introvert brain just wants to nap mid-chat?

Would love to make some low-pressure friends who get it — like, the “we can disappear for days and still vibe” kind.
