This is a suggestion, not a call for rule changes!
This makes it easier for commenters to tailor the answers and suggestions for the individual situation the OP is in. Speaking as someone on the spectrum myself, we autists often experience social issues (especially when it comes to social skills and miscommunication) where one first has to know the actual cause to be able to work on solutions/improvements. Same is true for ADHD whose symptoms can also have an impact on how they perceive social environments and are perceived by others.
Personally, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that a noticable percentage of threads here are opened by neurodivergent people whose problems actually stem from their neurodivergence (like autism or ADHD). Since the stated problems, however, are often just the stated surface situations, comments fit general neurotypical point of views and as such are less helpful for the OP.
