I'm trying to improve myself as a person as I have a lot of negative traits and so I believe in absorbing feedback from people as long as it's honest and constructive. I've noticed I've gained more constructive feedback from certain people than others mainly because they're not afraid to be blunt and honest. Is there a place in the UK with a culture that is good at being blunt in this way?
