I have an average sized penis and because of the skin of my scrotum going really high up my penis the base is really wide which makes condoms slip off or just roll up. Because of that I’m basically limited to unprotected sex which I only do with trusted partners. I’d like to have more sex with a condom on but I’m not sure what to do about this issue. Any tips?
