Hi sorry if this is not the best group for this question however since this EPC was done my (1930’s semi-detached brick) house has had a lot of insulation done. A flat roof… the entire loft, 2 single brick bay windows insulated to stop heat loss, a new skylight, 8 blown windows repaired, new front door, a lot of new lighting including LED’s, air source heat pump replaced the boiler and lastly 3 new radiators that came with the ASHP.
How much difference will that make to the EPC rating?
