My gf and I are getting rid of contraceptives. What should we know about creampies?

I got the all clear from the doctor after a vasectomy and some sperm tests, and we are finally getting rid of condoms.

We've done it some times already, but it feels like we don't know the "etiquette" yet.

Now she got a UTI, and I think it might be caused by the creampies.

So are we not supposed to cum inside even after a vasectomy? What can we do to avoid it?
