My wife and I have been married for 29 years. Affection is just something that, according to her, was just never shown around their home and any deep feelings were just kept out of sight. So eventually I just conceded. I was starting to work out of town a good bit and I realized that even though I was starved for affection, I realized that i had a good one, and maybe I was just being selfish. So I gave in. And during a speech one day, I made sure to put her up on a pedestal, & told her that i never worried about her while I was out of town because..,
1). She was just a model mother, class act, just an all around classy lady.
2). She could not even show affection to her own husband, so how could she ever show it to a total stranger?
Well it wasn’t even a month since a job started up in Pensacola, and I got a phone call from her, so I walked out back from the project because of the noise, and answered it.
It was my wife calling, but the sounds coming from the earpiece, just weren’t right. It was a male voice, and then I heard my wife’s voice.
I turned as white as a ghost. The sounds of not just affection were coming through, but more. Much more. It was passion and Intimacy. Needless to say I was Devastated. Well, as it turned out, it had been going on for over a year! To make it worse, when I found out WHO it was, it was just another level of utter humiliation. It was my 13 year old daughter’s PE teacher. All of about 5’8” 143 pounds Ugly as Ugly gets!!!! Well to most a short story long, it destroyed our family, destroyed the marriage, obviously, Destroyed our finances. And I truly feel that infidelity should be a felony. God Bless.
