Tldr husband with ADHD expecting physically disabled wife to do all the cooking and cleaning and the wife started a fight because she's done
I'm just so exhausted at this point, me f27 and my husband m30 have been together for 9 years and things have been tough lately. My health is declining, he's recently been diagnosed with ADHD and it's just difficult.
Our latest argument started yesterday and I know it's my fault. He was going to cook dinner last night and wash up (my physical health makes these things difficult but I do them most of the time because otherwise we wouldn't eat or have any clean dishes) I ended up washing up mid afternoon because I was sick of seeing it then it gets to around 5pm and he said he was about to start cooking I said oh that's surprising (since he's been saying he's not felt well most of the day and his usual thing is he'll be saying all day he doesn't feel well and then I'll end up cooking again) he just laughed and said he's not cooking he's barely said two words to me since.
I ended up sleeping on the sofa last night because I couldn't sleep with the telly on and I'd asked him to turn it off (I usually do sleep with it on) I've been in the lounge all day since he's still not talking to me on the one hand I know I should really apologize because I was in the wrong but honestly, I'm done I'm sick of struggling to cook and clean while he sits on his video games because his ADHD means he can't do this and that. What about my health he never makes me lunch he never makes me a coffee even though I have the exact same coffee at the exact same time every day. Guess I'll just stay on the sofa and never talk to him again at this point
