Obviously it’s making things a hell of a lot more easier for us. We hardly need to leave the house anymore to accomplish anything.
What I’m talking about though; our brains have been rewired over the last several years of constant technology usage. Phones all the time, clicking and scrolling non-stop, endless selections of things to consume… etc.
Do you think our brains have also been rewired to look at food the same way that we consume all media? Endless selections of not very good items, easily available to us. A bite of this, a bite of that… but never satisfied, and always craving more.
