I love going to the gym. If I could, I would take my time and do warm-ups, mobility, lift for 1 hour, cardio, and even stretch if could. I have found it is hard to finish my lifts in under 1 hour (not including warming up and stretching).
I have a very busy career starting (law firm), plus a fiancee and a dog. I will likely start a family soon also.
What is your current workout split to accomodate a busy life plus any time hacks you would recommend?
Looking for tips like what lifts are worth keeping or are not worth doing, how to save time, etc.
