Having turned 40 this year, I'm slowly but surely trying to rectify a couple of decades living like a teenager. I don't smoke or drink but have had poor diet and sedentary lifestyle from office based work.
I've started improving said diet and moving a bit more (just some kettlebell at home and walking) but I've never really explored supplements before. I picked up some L Theanine as read some interesting stuff about stress and sleep that it is supposed to support. I then read a bit about creatine (which admittedly I was still living under the myth it was linked to steroids).
I'm keen to hear what other 40+ individuals are taking (legal) to assist with life and aging bodies and brains.
