  2. I don’t know if I can pick a favorite but right now I love Cabot New York extra sharp cheddar. I also love Asiago and smoked Gouda. Yum!

  3. I love cheese so much I’ll give you my top 5. Burrata, brie, goat, halloumi, and good old fashioned cheddar.

  4. An Icelandic roquefort cheese called *Ljótur*. The name mesns “Ugly” because it is very ugly-looking, but it tastes great, and the riper it is, the better it becomes. Love it with something sweet, like chilli jam, figs or dried apricots, and it’s excellent with thin gingerbread cookies. 

  5. I love most cheeses, except for Swiss and some especially pungent, hard cheeses. Sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, bleu, buffalo mozzarella, brie, fontina… I love them all.

  6. Rebel cheddar! Best vegan cheese on the market, by a long shot. Chao and violife are also solid.

  7. Current favourite is the Violife mature cheddar style slices. Excellent for sandwiches. If they made it in blocks I’d probably be buying one a week.

  8. Daiya vegan cheddar or Violife Feta!!! (Bring on the downvotes)

    No cheese is worth what it takes to get it. Same for milk. 🙂‍↔️
