Rejection can sting, especially when we’ve invested time, effort, and emotions into someone we truly hoped would work out. But with each “no,” I’ve realized it’s often a form of protection. It saves us from investing in something that wasn’t truly right for us. Instead of holding onto bitterness, I now see rejection as redirection an invisible hand nudging me toward something better aligned with my values and goals. Every person who walks away makes room for someone who won’t. It’s not the end of the story, it’s just a necessary chapter in finding the right one.
