I’m (m23) and I’ve only had one date with someone that wasn’t on of my ex’s, I’m nervous about going on dates as I’m pretty introverted but if I get along with them I can hold a decent conversation, I’m just wondering if anyone could help me know if someone is interested after the first date as when I start dating I don’t want to get the wrong idea or give the wrong idea out. Every time I’ve gone on a date it’s been with a girlfriend who I’ve been dating for a while and it’s normally an anniversary or I just feel like taking them somewhere special. Just looking for advice on knowing the signs with new people as not done it before and I don’t want to seem desperate or not interested at all

I think you just ask her if she would like to go on a another date and see what she says
1. Communication. If communication is not good or not on the same scale as expected ask her the reason and don’t jump into conclusion yet maybe she’s also like you.
Ask for a second date if you’re interested. If she responds with yes, she is more than likely interested or at least intrigued. Just communicate with her. Have a conversation. It doesn’t have to be anything big or over the top. You can just ask her the question out right, keep it simple. You got this!
