Are there any dating-focused or conversational-style podcasts out there for times like these? By “times like these,” I mean moments in life when you're navigating the dating world. I listen to quite a few podcasts while working—mostly sports-related, with a few crime-focused ones mixed in—as time and focus allow.

I’ve come across some really good and interesting relationship-style podcasts, but if you’re not currently in a relationship, some of them just feel like noise in the echo chamber. Funny enough, I still enjoy them. A couple have helped me solidify past decisions about relationships and how I’ve processed them.

Ultimately, I’m at a point in life where dating feels like it has changed so much from what it used to be, and I’m struggling to figure out how to adapt while staying true to who I am.

Shout out to those of you who’ve made it this far and shared amazing perspectives. I’m realizing just how incredible I am, and how focusing on my peace has helped me see how great life can really be. I’ve always enjoyed being by myself and having my own time and space.

The failures I’ve experienced over the last decade have been painful, but look at how they’ve shaped who we are now. Y’all are incredible—you just have to force yourself to see it more often!

Anyway, are there any good podcasts out there that offer perspective on dating and how to truly find what we’re looking for? I’ve listened to a lot of audiobooks in the past, but it’s hard to focus on those with what I do during the day. Podcasts are perfect background noise where I can catch snippets and still feel connected.
