First of all I’ve heard many times that getting rid of social anxiety is basically just taking to new people, but I already do it, and I enjoy it. I started going to church and met a lot of new people. But at the same point I ruminate literally for next few days straight. I feel that my body language and my talking style make me look like a creep. I feel that I’m being allergic to social interactions. How do I get rid of it if I already speak to at least one new person a week?
