Tbh I ignored my thinning hair for way too long part denial, part eh, too much effort. I kept telling myself I’d deal with it later, until one day I caught myself avoiding mirrors and realized it was messing with my head more than I thought.
Couple months ago I finally said screw it and started treatment (went with minoxidil + finasteride combo). What surprised me wasn’t even the routine itself, it was just getting over that mental block of admitting, yeah, I need to do something about this.
For guys who’ve been down this road:
- What was the hardest part for you when starting out like the routine, side effect paranoia, or just the mental shift?
- If you never went the treatment route, what made you stick with that decision?
- Low-key also curious if anyone here has tried some of the newer subscription stuff or a product/service is it actually easier to stay consistent??
