Just curious, my bf (31) and I (30) have been together for over 6 years now and hes never said it. When my parents asked him he's said " he loves his son" and that his son comes first, he comes close to saying it at times and I don't know if I should give up or just keep holding on till he's ready. We both have been married before and I completely understand not wanting to get hurt, but I tell him I love him.
