I don't have social anxiety anymore, but I had it most of my life and as a result I have no friends and never had a romantic partner. I also lack in social skills and struggle to keep a conversation going. People don't really care to talk to me because of that.
So if no one wants to talk to me, how am I supposed to practice never running out of things to say?
I need to socialize to improve my social skills, but no one wants to socialize with me because of my bad social skills.
