I don't know if it's becoming more common or whether I'm just noticing it more but I can't fathom the thought process behind doing this.
Seriously, do people driving these obnoxiously loud cars actually think the people around them think they are anything other than a complete asshole? Is it to try give the impression their car is better than it is? Or is it simply because they enjoy the feeling knowing they're pissing everybody off?
