I just graduated high school and am not going to college while all of my casual friends and my best friend are going away. I don’t even know where to begin with making friends in my age group as I am too young for bars and have no connections for parties (don’t really enjoy them to begin with.) Also my town has literally nothing to do especially for kids my age so most people just hang out with their pre existing friends in private locations rather than in public. I am so lonely I really don’t know what to do. Is social media the way to go now? I don’t like Snapchat to begin with and would rather form deeper connections instead of just snapping pictures of the ceiling back and forth. Please suggest anything!
