Weightlifting
Tennis
And getting bloodwork done to check on my overall health, discovering and addressing issues through doctor-prescribed supplementation
Running – An incredible release for me. Cried every road race I did because I was just happy to be there. I have my third half marathon in two weeks and hoping to PR
Boxing – Did a charity match as a beginner. I was working out 11+ hours a week at the time and was RIPPED. Felt so empowering as a woman. I got a concussion and stepped away from it (gym price is high too), but I didn’t realize your muscle mass does stay if you are active, and that kicked off me really getting into GOOD shape
Yoga – Holding poses has been a great strength training exercise for me and a great way to decompress
Ditching booze and strength training.
Prioritized time for sleep
Low cholesterol diet with far less red meat
Regular physical exercise
quit drinking (alcohol)
sauna, regularly
self defence / krav maga
Healthy eating
Weight lifting
Good quality skincare
Breast reduction, lifting heavy weights, glp-1
Reformer Pilates
Good sleep hygiene
Quitting sugar
1. A really good mattress—my sleep and back pain improved instantly
2. Quality sneakers for walking/running—it’s crazy how much better my body feels with proper support
3. A standing desk setup—it made working long hours way easier on my posture and energy
Botox
Rx Retinoid (tret, taz)
Wegovy
I look and feel better at 40 than 25, very grateful to Wegovy especially!
Regular workouts, 80% whole foods diet and Accutane
1. BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
2. High-quality skin care
3. Dyson Airwrap
These are the latest, though I also am not shy from spending on great electronics like pc, tablet, game consoles etc.
Strength training regularly, incorporating more vegetables in my diet and stopping comparison
– Discipline to workout.
– Tailored clothes.
– Self-preservation and lack of excess.
Hair gel, curly-friendly shampoo, a metric fuckton of conditioner.
Daily exercise.
Fixed my deviated septum so I can breathe.
Orthodontics, so my mouth works the way it’s supposed to.
Electric toothbrush, yoga, red light therapy
Health, diet, and not giving a crap what anyone thinks🙂
-Plugged all my vitamins and meds into ChatGPT and optimized when I take them and thus found out why I couldn’t fall asleep easily. Adjusted and now sleep like a baby.
-Finally went to a vein doctor about my pain and heaviness in my leg, had vein stripping and I feel so much better
-Stopped drinking alcohol and soda, stopped eating dairy and gluten and taking my food allergies seriously. I have been feeling great and lost 20 lbs without even trying. I follow 90/10 with my eating.
Orthodontics
Tummy tuck
4x a week gym training
1. A good mattress.
2. A good pillow.
3. A strong coffee machine so I don’t stay in bed all day enjoying 1 and 2.
IDGAF Attitude
Facial laser at the dermatologist, permanent eyeliner and lip blush, GLP1 for weight loss, weight lifting
A waterpic (can’t believe I waited so long to follow my dentists advice. I finally have healthy gums and no new cavities)
Laser hair removal (I have saved hours every week not dealing with shaving and shaving related discomfort)
A low-carb, high-protein diet. I have energy again and I shed the excess pounds around my gut and hips.
Pilates 2x a week and a more active lifestyle
Healthy diet – no refined sugar and processed foods, more greens and lean meats
Learn new skills to stimulate my mind and keep my brain working
Personal trainer, prioritising my health and fitness (including strength, mobility etc), and also sleep.
I feel incredible after I get a tattoo. Nothing can stop me. It feels like one of the best investments in myself I’ve come across and it just makes me confident and energized for a long time after getting it.
