I (m) had a serious mental health incident last year and have been using Aripiprazole since. It has suppressed my libido and dampened my orgasms, despite my lowering the dosage. My wife and I have sex almost as much as before, but I have to hype myself up or use porn before hand.
Does any one in a similar situation have any advise?
