I’m getting married within the next few months.
I’ve asked my spouse for a pre nup agreement regardless of the fact that they came into the relationship with far more assets and cash flow than I did. And even now, they still have far more assets than I do even though our cash flow situation is very much on parr.
I really want them to feel safe and protected and I want them to know that I want them feeling safe and protected, is a priority for me. Their first marriage had them taken to the cleaners.
They’ve said yes they’ll look into it but they’re really not interested. It’s been about a year that I’ve been bringing it up on a regular basis. They clearly have zero interest in the idea. 🤣
What do they know that I don’t? I’m not overly suspicious, I just think that they may not want to offend me even though I’m the one asking.
Do I simply just drop it and go get happily married?
