Context: this man rents rent number 21 from Landlord at 79, my house is 19. They are SO noisy but it’s shout-talking like this and tonnes and tonnes of visitors. They also have a baby who screams but not complaining about that coz that’s babies.
He leans over number 17’s wall like this daily — he used to do it to mine and that is why I put up a big laurel bush you see in front of me.
This neighbour is constantly shout-speaking at this volume in their house, which I can hear, all day and night until 1am sometimes.
Should I tell the landlord (we have a good rapport, I had to ask permission to do some building work on our party wall) to ask his noisy tenant to keep it the F down or accept his annoying non-stop voice is now a part of my life?
I tried to knock but they don’t answer the door when I call, even though I know they’re inside.
Throwaway so I don’t reveal my location.
Is it acceptable to tell a landlord to ask a tenant to stop mind their noise (it is general loud talking and people noise)?
